I have heard this is a good way to remove a BK. See below. Has anyone tried this?
Unlike other negative information which stays on your credit report for 7 years, bankruptcy can be reported for up to 10 years.
Bankruptcy courts keep cases active for a period of two years before placing them on [...]

My husband and I would like to try one.
Thanks!

On top of that, the counseling agencies can't do anything you can't do yourself for free.
What you really need is to take control of your own finances … budgeting, trimming expenses, [...]

Hi everyone.
I've been spending alot of time contemplating credit score issues and I am now considering applying for 4 new credit cards at once. However, I plan on never activating the cards for use or charging anything to the accounts.
I know my score will take a big hit for this one day of hard [...]

Can anyone tell me any good resource for credit repair business? I am looking for the information related to it.
A credit repair business will charge you money you don't have to do things you can and should do yourself for free.
The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has excellent resources for you to know your rights, and [...]
