Are my different credit cards on paypal optional when buying an ebay item?

If I have two different credit cards on my Paypal account, can I pick which one I want to use when I buy something on Ebay? Or do I have to use the first credit card I added?

You have the option of funding the payment through any of your credit cards you have on your paypal account.
