How do I obtain free yearly credit report from internet?

I need my free yearly credit report from the major credit agencies. I have heard that a law was passed and all agencies were to provide a persons credit report free once a year. I have encountered several websites claiming to be free but there are none that i have yet to come across. How do I get my free credit report.

http://www.annualcreditreport.com is the only site approved by the Federal Trade Commission. I’d go there, it can get you a report from each of the three major credit card companies.

Well, you can go to http://www.annualcreditreport.com/ , you need to follow the steps, and question that they ask you. it is free and you can get all 3 credit report. you need to have a working printer and more then 40 pages for all 3……..good luck
