How do I get this taken off my credit card, as they've billed me~!?

I received their disk and have cancelled, but they continue to bill me the monthly fee! What resources do I have to stop this and have my account credited?

call them and speak to manager let them know when you cancelled and who with (the agent you spoke to) call your credit card company and let them know you are disputing the debt sometimes they will hold off on having that amount due until things can be cleared up.
