Need resources/help to start my own business – past bad credit issues…?

I have a solid business plan…and several other ideas. My husband and I have looked into economic factors, etc. Only problem is that I was laid off 5 years ago right before I got married; had to sell my home, car almost got repoed, credit went bad and I filed bankruptcy. Ever since I have had to have everything in hubby's name and have been trying to re-establish my credit. Are there any economic resources or others that will help you if you have a solid business plan and ideas?
