Is there an honest rating of consumer credit counseling services out there?
Yes, and it's from the FTC. If you mean credit repair services, then the FTC says that they are all scams. They make suggestions on where to find legitimate companies and such. Just beware.
You can't find too many sources that will be as good as this paper for an honest rating.
