I think I have a fairly good idea of what this job is.
I’d just like to know some things to say if a recruiter calls me back.
Would I be funding loans for major commercial accounts? Extending lines of credit? Servicing the lines of credit? Making sure the accounts are in good standing?
Any advice from anyone who has worked in the credit industry would be appreciated. I’d like to sound somewhat educated if a recruiter calls me back.
mucho gracias
Here’s a job description for a credit services representative at Bank of America: http://careers.bankofamerica.com/JobDetails.aspx?SearchPage=ASP&CountryId=1&JobId=1000021793
It really depends on which department you are assigned. With a large bank, there may be a personal credit card credit services division, a business credit card services division, personal or business loans division…you get the idea. Your responsibilities will depend on where they put you and your role within the hierarchy (there are junior reps, reps, senior reps, etc.)
